Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everyone who uses Mosaicdeck. It's part of the Terms of Service.

You may not

• Use the Service to track people across sites, build profiles of individuals, or try to re-identify visitors.
• Send personal data where the docs ask you not to (for example names, email addresses or IDs in event properties, page paths or metric labels), or any special-category data such as health or financial details.
• Install the script on sites you don't own or aren't authorised to measure.
• Point uptime checks or metrics polling at systems you don't control, or use them to probe, scan or load-test anything.
• Send fake or automated events, or try to use up another workspace's quota.
• Try to access other workspaces' data, get around plan limits or rate limits, or interfere with the Service's security.
• Share a report page to publish content that is illegal, deceptive or infringes others' rights.
• Use the Service for anything illegal, or to support harassment, fraud, malware or spam.
• Resell the Service or give others access to your account outside the members feature, unless we agree in writing.

Security research

If you find a vulnerability, please tell us through our contact form (choose “Security report”) before sharing it, and don't access data that isn't yours. We won't take action against good-faith research that follows this policy.

Enforcement

We may remove content, pause ingest, or suspend a workspace that breaks this policy, and will tell you why when we can. Report abuse through our contact form (choose “Abuse report”).
