Pricing questions
How does the trial work?
Your first workspace starts on a 14-day Pro trial with no card required. We email you 3 days before it ends. If you don't subscribe, the workspace moves to Free and keeps its data.
What counts as an event?
Each page view, custom event and captured JavaScript error from the script. Uptime checks and metrics polls are free and never count.
What happens if I go over?
We email the owner at 80% and 100% of the monthly events. Collection continues up to 120%; after that, page views and custom events are dropped until the month ends or you upgrade. Errors (up to 1,000 a day), uptime and app metrics keep working. There are no overage charges.
Could someone else use up my events?
Site IDs are visible in your pages, so in principle someone could send fake events. Every site and every visitor has a per-minute rate limit, events must come from your site's own domains, and if abuse is confirmed we reset that month's count.
What if I downgrade?
All data is kept. If you have more sites than the new plan allows, you pick which stay active and the rest are paused with read-only dashboards. Longer history is kept for a grace period before retention shrinks, and we email you first.
What is the AI spend?
Some features call an AI model: dashboard layouts, digest wording and site detection. Each plan includes a monthly amount. When it's used up, those features fall back to their plain, non-AI versions until next month. Your own AI assistant's MCP queries aren't part of it.
How do I pay or cancel?
Payments go through Stripe. Upgrade from Settings, and change plans, update your card, download invoices or cancel in the Stripe billing portal. Prices are in USD.
