Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-09-26
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Edge Case Studios, LLC (“we”, “us”) for your use of Mosaicdeck, including the website, web app, tracking script, MCP server and related services (the “Service”). If you use the Service for an organisation, you agree on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so.
1. Accounts and workspaces
You need an account to use the Service. Keep your sign-in methods secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. A workspace is owned by one account (the “Owner”), who is responsible for its members, billing and settings. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, whichever is higher.
2. Your data
“Customer Data” means the data your sites, apps and visitors send to the Service, and the content you add to it. You own Customer Data. You give us permission to host, process and display it only to provide, secure and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum. You're responsible for having the right to collect it, for giving your visitors any notices the law requires, and for not sending personal data where our docs ask you not to (for example, in event properties or metric labels).
3. Acceptable use
You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend a workspace that breaks it or puts the Service or others at risk, and we'll tell you why unless the law or an ongoing investigation prevents it.
4. AI features and connected AI apps
Some features use a third-party AI model to suggest names, arrange dashboards and write digest text. Numbers are always computed by the Service, but AI-written text can still be imperfect; review it before relying on it. When you connect an AI app over MCP, you choose which workspaces it can read, and you're responsible for that app's use of the data under its own terms.
5. Plans, trials and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in US dollars, through our payment processor. Prices and limits are shown on the pricing page. A new workspace may get a 14-day trial of a paid plan, once per person, with no card required; when it ends, the workspace moves to the free plan unless you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where the law requires, fees already paid are not refundable. Taxes may be added where they apply.
6. Limits and changes to plans
Each plan has usage limits. If you go over, the Service may stop collecting some data as described in the docs; we don't charge overage fees. We may change prices or plans with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscriptions, taking effect at your next renewal.
7. Availability and beta
The Service is currently in beta. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every event will be captured.
8. Ending your use
You can delete a workspace or your account at any time from the app. Deleted data is permanently removed after a short recovery window, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may end these Terms or suspend the Service for serious or repeated breaches, or if required by law.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes, we'll give at least 30 days' notice by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
11. Governing law
[Governing law and venue: to be completed after legal review]
