Channels

FreeEmail

AgencyEmail, Slack, Discord, Webhook
  • Email goes to workspace members, or to other addresses once they confirm by clicking a link.
  • Slack and Discord take an incoming-webhook URL and get a short message with a link.
  • Webhooks get signed JSON; see Alert webhooks for the payload and how to verify it.

Every new channel gets a test message. An alert is sent once when it fires; if it's still firing 6 hours later you get a reminder, and you always get a notice when it resolves. Each message links to the dashboard or incident.

Digests

A digest is an email summary of all your sites: page views and visitors with their change, top movers, new errors, downtime and your biggest app-metric changes. Open Digest in the app to choose how often, the day, the time (in your workspace's time zone) and who gets it, and to preview it or email yourself a copy.

An AI writes the summary from numbers Mosaicdeck has already computed. Before it's sent, every number in the text is checked against those figures. If any can't be matched, or AI is off or over its monthly allowance, you get the plain version instead. Every digest also has a table of the exact numbers, and a one-click unsubscribe link.

Report pages

Report pages are part of the Agency plan. Each site can have one public, read-only page to share with a client:

  • Open the site's Settings, turn the report page on, and pick which widgets appear and which date ranges visitors can choose.
  • It carries your workspace's name, logo and accent colour, with a small “Powered by Mosaicdeck” line.
  • Anyone with the link can view it, and search engines are asked not to index it. Replace link stops the old link working immediately.
  • Event feeds and error lists can't be added, because they contain text sent by visitors.
  • You can embed a report page in your own site with an <iframe>.
