No. Use either or both. The script covers traffic and browser errors; a metrics endpoint adds your app's own numbers. Uptime checks work with neither.

The script doesn't run on localhost, 127.* or .local pages, so test on the real domain. Also check that the domain is in the site's hostname list, and that an ad blocker isn't blocking the script. The first-party proxy helps with ad blockers.

Yes. Add every hostname (for example with and without www) to the site's settings. Events from hostnames that aren't listed are dropped, and the Connections tab tells you about them.

Mosaicdeck generates it from what the site actually sends: traffic, your app metrics grouped as you grouped them, custom events and health. When AI is available it may arrange it more specifically. You can edit it any time, and your edits are never overwritten.

The script sets no cookies and stores nothing in the browser, and IP addresses aren't stored. Whether you need any notice depends on the laws that apply to you, so check with your own adviser.

Page views and events are counted as received. Visitors are counted per day with a hash that changes daily, so the same person on two days counts twice, and ad blockers or disabled JavaScript hide some visits.

No. Mosaicdeck computes every number; the AI only reads and reports them. The server tells the AI to report numbers as given.

Each workspace has an hourly limit on tool calls: 60 on Free, 600 on Pro and 2,000 on Agency. One question often uses a few calls.

Your first workspace gets a 14-day Pro trial with no card required. After it ends, the workspace moves to Free unless you subscribe.

You're emailed at 80% and 100%. Collection continues to 120%, then page views and custom events are dropped until the month ends or you upgrade. Errors, uptime and app metrics keep working. There are no surprise charges.

On the Agency plan: 5 members are included, and you can add more seats. Members can be owners, admins or viewers.
